He is survived by: his wife Sarah Evans; his mother Jane Evans; his children, John Evans (Michelle) and Jennifer Wilkinson (Andy); his grandchildren, Lucy and Josie Evans; and his brothers, Jeff Evans (Linda), James Evans, Sherman Wentz and David Wentz (Michelle).
