She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Elsensohn and Mildred Elsensohn; her sister Jean; her sons, John (Sue) and Douglas (Jane Maliszewski); and her husband Don.

She became an active volunteer with the Central Ohio Alzheimer's Association First Friday program.
