She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles and Angelina; her siblings, Carmen (Helen), Rosemary, Angela, Patricia and Sam; and her niece Denise.
She is survived by: her sister Carol Consolo; her sister-in-law Carol; her nephews, Michael (Maureen) and Charles; her niece Linda; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Paul, Jim Consolo (Kelly), Kori Lin Adamcek, Celine Elizabeth and Camille Angelina Consolo; her cousins, Richard, David Amata and Joan Callans; and her nieces, Dawn Begam and Michelle Forestall.
Contributions in Toni's memory suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
