She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kenneth Stahl and Louise Stahl (Pence); her husband Virgil Koenig; her sons, Dave Koenig of Lakeview, Doug Koenig of Uniopolis and Dale Koenig (Danielle) of Wapakoneta; her grandsons, Colby and Jack Koenig; and her siblings, Bill, Bob, Jack Stahl and Pat Koenig.
