He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Bayliff and Fannie Bayliff (Watts); his wife Donna Jean Bayliff of Lima; his children, Pastor Mark Bayliff (Dinah) of Lima, Jeffrey Bayliff (Tanya) of Lock Haven, PA, Lisa Tidd (Gary) of Lima and Julie Closson (Tim) of Bluffton; his grandchildren, Nathan Bayliff (Sara), Joe Bayliff (Amanda), Jared Tidd (Jeannie), Karily Bayliff, Janna Cantu (Joe), Bethany Vester (Zach), Bradley Bayliff (Brianne), Tyler Closson, Shellie Closson, Katie Closson, Kelsie Closson, Dana Hiyahneh and Zack Hiyahneh; his son Stephen Bayliff; his brother Ethan Bayliff; and his brother-in-law Wilbur Spicer. He was also cherished by 13 great-grandchildren and a beloved sister.
