He is survived by: his parents, Jerry L. Sprague and Lori Ann Campbell Sprague; his brothers, Jerry L. Sprague, Jr. of Shawnee and Jacob M. "Jake" Sprague (Tami) of Lima; his nephews, Jerry L. Sprague III and Kasen A. Sprague; and his niece Jenna Sprague.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bayliff & Son Funeral Home (311 W Main St, Cridersville, OH 45806). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
