He was predeceased by: his parents, Oakley Craighton Mullins and Nellie Janoski; his daughter Patricia Ann Mullins; and his siblings, Tommy Mullins, Darrell Mullins, Ralph "Buggie" Mullins, Helen Jarvis and Lucy Bobot.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Mae Bailey; his children, Craighton Mullins, Jr. (Dorraine) of Jackson, OH, Steven Oakley Mullins (Jeannette) of Whitehall, OH, Brenda Sue Barnes (Everett) of Findlay, OH, Barbara Jean Cascioli (Tony) of Lakeview, OH and Ralph Giles Mullins (Carolyn) of Gahanna, OH; his sister Norma Pritchard McPhatter of North Carolina; his aunts, Mary Ann Janoski and Susanne Janoski Baker; and his cousin Tammy Baker. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
