He was predeceased by: his parents, James P. Droppleman and Bertha Flanagan Droppleman. He is survived by: his wife Susan Shaw Droppleman; his children, William Michael Droppleman (Julie) of Norton and Jenny Ellen Droppleman of Uniontown; his siblings, John J. Droppleman (Nancy) of West Union, W. V and Jo Goldstein (Stan) of Longwood, Fla.; and his father-in-law William Mankins (Carolyn) of Huntington, W. V. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
