He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Barna and Mary Barna; and his siblings, Steve Jr., George, Robert Sr., John, Mary Ann Griffin and Betty Black.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline; his daughters, Sheryl Wheatley (Michael), Linda Friend and Sally Previte; his grandchildren, Christopher Wheatley (Kristin), Jason Wheatley (Jessica), Dustin Graves, Jessica Friend (Benjamin Todd), Samantha Lawley (Greg), Courtney Monarch (Cody), Brittany Lenz (Jeremy), Zachary Previte and Jeremy Previte; his sister Eleanor Gilger; and his brother-in-law Bob Griffin. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
