Susan Pucak Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Pucak (Uniontown, Ohio), born in Hubbard, Ohio, who passed away on May 12, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, C. Robert Mayo and Evelyn Agae Mayo; her husband Don; her children, Robert and Sharon Summers (Greg); and her grandchildren, Ava, Adysen and Trevor.
In keeping with Susy's wishes in lieu of flowers for those that wish, memorial contributions may be made to the church in Susy's name.
