Spay, Jr. and Barbara Figuray (Mark); his grandchildren, Anthony, Monica, Nicholas, Katherine (Ian), Jamie, Kelie, Krystin, Meagan and Kyle; his great grandchild Liam; his brothers, Thomas (Sue) and Joseph (Lola); his sister-in-law Karen Spay; and his brother David.
