She was predeceased by: her parent Chester A. Shulenberger; her former husband John Kenneth Moore; her husband Walter Harnack; her son Robert Dean Harnack; and her brother Robert Shulenberger (Virginia).
She is survived by: her parent Lena McCord Shulenberger; her children, Patti Moore O'Hara (Michael) and Jim Harnack (Melody); and her grandchildren, Michael T. O'Hara II (Laura), James Taylor Harnack, Jaime Madrigal, Tyler DePriest, Audra Monteith and Torey DePriest. She is also survived by six greatgrandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
