He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ratcliff and Frances Ratcliff; and his sister Phyllis Markel (Cecil). He is survived by: his wife Bess; his daughters, Phyllis Dinkins (Neil) and Terry Thomas; his grandchildren, Chris Dinkins (Heather) and Leann Lutz (Steve); his great grandchildren, Jacob, Nathan, Richie, Layla, Sydney and Stevie; his godchild Casey Wilson; and also Jim Robinson.
