He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Chris Teter, Mike Teter (Jolyn) and Jill Spivey (Presley); his brother Lee Teter (Jeanne); and his grandchildren, Autumn, Kayden, Michael Teter, Dereck, Kayla and Chad Spivey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
