It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Duane Burns (Uniontown, Ohio), who passed away on October 28, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parent Ethel Burns (Ringler); his wife Geri A. (Chrapko); his children, Brian Burns and Michelle Dame (Dan); his father Duane Burns; his grandchildren, Emily, Allison, Luke Dame, Sara, Samantha and Sofie Burns; his siblings, Nancy Lukinac and Michael Burns; and his mother-in-law Anna Chrapko. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
