She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Dina Dornack (Ricardo Henriquez Veras), Mike Dornack (Amy) and Greg Dornack (Kim); her grandchildren, Michaela, Madison and Michael; and her siblings, Linda Hall (John), John (Nina) and Butch Zetty (Eadie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
