She is survived by: her husband Michael; her children, April McCown (Eric), Jeremiah Tice, Joshua Tice, James Tice and Abigail Tice; her grandchildren, Carter and Paislee Mc Cown; her father John Phillips; her siblings, John Phillips (Katherine), Stephanie Campbell (Anthony) and Jennifer Phillips (Todd Fields); and her close friend Sheila Laughlin.
