She was predeceased by: her former husbands, Eugene J. Polk and Daniel C. TedicK. She is survived by: her children, Francille Willis (Don), Jean Ellen Horejs (Ed) and Carol Toth (Jim); and her grandchildren, Kristi Willis, Jimme, Jack Toth, Lynzie and Suzie Horejs. She is also survived by four great grandchildren and many dear friends.
