He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Partin; and his brother Erskine Partin. He is survived by: his daughters, Terri Sanderfer (Jim) and Tracey Carneal (Jerry); his grandchildren, Jamie Kitta (Nick), Stephanie Sanderfer, Dustin, Colin (Leah) and Landry Carneal; his great grandchildren, Brayden and Brinley; and his brothers, Ulyless and Dave Partin.
