He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his son Forrest Kappler (Rachele); his grandsons, Bradley and Matthew; and his siblings, James A. Kappler, Richard Kappler (LaRue) and Linda Moyer (Richard). He is also survived by his parents; one brother; and two sisters.
