With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kay Kathleen Campbell (Uniontown, Ohio), born in Ashtabula, Ohio, who passed away on September 18, 2018 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Ruth Southard; and her husband Dale. She is survived by: her parent Charles Earl Southard; her daughters, Lynn Clay (Thomas) of Jacksonville and Lori; her grandchildren, Alaina Smith (Ben), Brianna McFarland (Ryan), Cassandra Clay, Jonathon (Rachele), Joshua and Jessica Hart; her great grandchildren, Jonathon Jr., Eleanor and Gwyneth; and her cousins, William Kidder (Phyllis) and Evie Kidder.
