He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Birk and Calvin Birk. He is survived by: his wife Kay; and his children, Kim Miller (Wayne), Pam Nisly (Lyn) and John Birk. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
