He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Ullom; his children, Tom Ullom and Regan Ullom Levitt; his stepsons, Ryan Pritchett and Scott Pritchett; and his grandchildren, Collin, Connor Levitt and Aria Pritchett.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home (3553 Northdale St NW, Uniontown, OH 44685).
