It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E. Sommers (Uniontown, Ohio), who passed away on December 19, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Sommers and Amanda Sommers (Hershberger); and his sister Mary Hochstetler. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sommers (Green); his children, Eric Sommers (Michelle) of Jackson, Ohio, Shaun Sommers (Tami) of Petersburg, Ohio and Chadd Sommers of Canton, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Emily, Christian, Nathan, Meghan, Corynne, Ashton and Noah; and his siblings, Verda Eichelberger, Lee Sommers (Sue), Darrell Sommers (BessAnn) and Lorin Sommers (Claudia).
