He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Mary Lee Trammell (Dewayne), Susan Dull (Dan), Lori Lockhart (Bobby), Greg Primerano (Dawn), Cheryl Cain and Debbie Crow; his siblings, Jim Johnson (Connie), Diane Wright (Randy) and David Johnson (Tammie); his brother-in-law John Howard; and his friends, Caren and Bob Cole. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jerry's memory are suggested to the church.
