He was predeceased by: his parents, George Balogh and Jean Balogh. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Kevin (Stephanie) and Rebecca Gates (Jason); his grandchildren, Alex, Josh Balogh, Natalie and Valerie Gates; and his brother Jim Balogh (Jane). He is also survived by nieces & nephews, coworkers, fellow golfers, & friends.
