It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Schafer of Uniontown, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on December 12, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Schafer and Margaret Schafer. He is survived by: his wife MaryRita; his daughters, Amy Schafer, Melanie Neading (Kurt) and Sarah O'Brien (Kevin); his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Charlie, Sam, Bella Neading and Liam O'Brien; and his brother Matthew Schafer (Catherine). He is also survived by 10 nieces, 5 nephews and other extended family and countless friends.
