He is survived by: his former wife Martha Beaver; his children, Deborah McCulty (Jerry), Janice Rowe (Jim), Jerry Beaver, Jeffrey Beaver (Patricia), Jennifer Yovanovich (Daniel) and Daniel Beaver; his grandchildren, Jim Jr., Christi, Maranda, Cory, Kyle, Sarah, Brianna, Kendal, Makenzie, Haley and Deakon; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Hannah, Isaiah and Esther.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in Dale's memory.
