She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackson Mullins and Norma Mullins. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her daughters, Amy Troyer (Mark) and Meredith Chapman (Chad); her grandchildren, Abby, Ryan, Drusilla and Marcus; and her siblings, Jackie Plate (Jerry) and Darrel Mullins (Carol).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the The Chapel (1800 Raber Rd, Uniontown, OH 44685). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
