With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara M. Newman of Uniontown, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 10, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Barbara may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Barbara touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lester Newman Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Cox (Don) and Leslie Cassetty (Robert); her grandchildren, Joseph, Nick, Lauren LaPinta, Ryan and Ashley Cassetty; her great grandchild Everly; and her siblings, Gene Kramer, Carol Mervin and Meritta Scott.
