He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Garfield and Ellen Garfield; and his wife Mary Ann Bitzer. He is survived by: his sister Lynette Sorenson; his children, Melissa and Jayme (Annette); and his grandchildren, Summer, Willow, Gunnar, Danielle, Erin, Jacob and Mitchell. He is also survived by friends, family, and former coworkers.
