He was predeceased by: his grandfather Tom Chiofolo; and his brother Joe Chiofolo. He is survived by: his wife Rachel; his children, Joe, Garret and Alaina; his parents, Tony Chiofolo and Kathleen Chiofolo; his sister Amanda Fledderjohann (Eric); his aunt Connie; his uncle Jack Runner; his parents-in-law, Rich and Niada Stoneburner; his brother-in-law Rich Stoneburner; and his nieces and nephews, Colin, Kaitlin (Carli Fledderjohann), Josh (Madison Stoneburner) and Fenix Balderez. He is also survived by cousins, family, and friends.

Masks and social distancing are required.

In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations for a Trust fund for Tony's three children.
