She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Ray Sammons; her children, Stephanie Danielle Williams (Shawn) of Union Furnace, Ohio, Harry Lee Parker of Malta and James Lucas Kimble of Logan, Ohio; and her sisters, Jennie Murphy and Loretta Hill. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
