She was predeceased by: her father Robert Mullins; and her husband Milan Hart (Todd Maxwell). She is survived by: her mother Virginia Edwards; her stepmother Sue Mullins; her son Michael E. Mullins of Union City, OH; her grandchildren, Rafiki Alexander and Mikel Alexander; her son Duane A. Boomershine of Greenville; her grandchildren, Blake and Ryan Boomershine; her son Edward W. Boomershine Jr. (Audrey) of Rossburg, OH; her grandchildren, Landyn Gabriel, Trevyn Stammen, Kaylene Stammen, Arya Boomershine, Edward Boomershine III and Drayven Boomershine; her siblings, Robert Eugene Mullins, Jr., Kimberly Kaye Mullins McBlane and Kathy Mullins; and her stepsiblings, Chris Marshall and Madonna Purvis.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help offset expenses for Victoria's services.
