He is survived by: his mother Barbara Miller (Rick); his wife Amy Sprowl; his sons, Shane and Shawn Sprowl; his siblings, Karen Crow (Vincent) and David Sprowl; his mother-in-law Pam Brooks; his sister-in-law Carisa Edwards (Jeremy); and his pets, Lilah and Edwin.
