He is survived by: his parents, Cyril "Cy" Hiestand and Deborah Hiestand of Ansonia, Ohio.; his wife Nicole Hiestand (Klingshirn); his children, Mason, Mattie, Evan and Owen Hiestand; his sister LeAnn Foote (Jonas) of Fort Recovery; and his parents-in-law, Paul, Sherry Klingshirn of Fort Recovery, Amy Albers (Doug) of St. Henry, Chad Klingshirn (Samantha) of Union City and Seth Klingshirn of Fort Recovery. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
