He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Bowman and Rosa M. Bowman (Hoskins). He is survived by: his wife Dolores Ann Bowman (Hartzell) of Union City, Ohio; his children, Rudy Bowman (Michelle), Rick Bowman (Patty), Alice Collins, Annette Randall, Rusty Bowman and Royce Bowman (Carmen); his grandchildren, Shelby Bowman, Spencer Bowman, Jamie Bowman, Jason Bowman (Brittany), Josh Bowman (Courtney), Ryan Collins (Lisa), Ross Collins, Michael Collins, Elijay Eby, Ashley Hoffman (Mike), Ian Everett (Megan), Kenny Bowman (Gerri), Kristin Bowman, Mackenzie Bowman and Randy Carey (Leigh); and his siblings, Steve Bowman, Carole Roberson, Donnie Bowman (Sierra) and Jean Byram (E. J.). He is also survived by 36 great grandchildren, 7 step great grandchildren.
