He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Moore and Ruth Moore (Starks). He is survived by: his son Matt Palmer (Brittany) of Thomasville; his grandchildren, Makaila, Bradley and Alexa Palmer; his sister Rebecca Richards (Jeff) of Connersville, Indiana; and his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Richards (Leah), Matthew Richards (Stephanie), Diana Stephens (Michael) and Laura Igney (Jake).
