He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hester and Anna Buster (Johnson); and his wife Margaret Alleta Buster (Poe). He is survived by: his children, Ronald Buster (Paula) of Elwood, Brenda Carter (Danny) of Cape Coral and Lori Lynch (Phillip) of Union City, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Gregory Buster, April Retherford (Kirk), Jamey Buster (Tonya), Wendy Crouch (Roland), Ben Hensley, Aaron Hensley (Kathi), Wesley Lynch (April) and Kelli Longfellow (Doug). He is also survived by 26 great grandchildren; 20 step-grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given in Billy's honor to Radiant Lighthouse Church.
