He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Miller and Pearl Miller (Fowler). He is survived by: his wife Jane E. Miller (Warrick); his children, Patty Bishop (Max), Tom Miller and David Miller (Dorrie); and his stepdaughters, Kristi Atkins (Dan) and Holly Ellis.
