She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Stone Spurlock and Mary Lee Spurlock (Burnette); and her brothers, Cecil Albert Spurlock and Francis Marion Spurlock. She is survived by: her pets, Patches and Tigger; her significant other Ralph Trushell; her son Cecil King; her cousins, Donna Pancher, Todd Pancher, Nancy Kerns and Bonnie Cohen; and her nieces, Linda Kay, Becky, Jessie Huston and Shawnee Dunlap.
