He is survived by: his children, Scott Jones (April), Angie Villalobos (Andrew), Kimberly Thomas Fantin and Thomas H. Fantin, Jr. (Shannon); and his sister Phamey Cox. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions honoring Tom's memory may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
