She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Franklin and Thelma Lucille Warner (Swauger); her siblings, Viola Myers, Opal Jones, Dean Roup and Bill Warner; her children, Richard L. Howard, Linda Barr and Thelma Mae Howard; and her sons-in-law, Kenny Barr and Dale Matthews.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Matthews, Lela Hill (Richard), Harold Howard Jr. (Chris) and Joyce Flowers. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
