He is survived by: his mother Joan Horsfall of Tuscarawas; his close friend Jody Smith; his brothers, Mark Horsfall of Uhrichsville and Kevin Horsfall of Tuscarawas; his nephew Dylan Horsfall of North Carolina; his aunts and uncles, Rodney Ault of Gnadenhutten, James Ault of Fry's Valley, Lana O'Brien, Marilyn Burgess of New Philadelphia, Doris Hina of Zanesville and Sylvia Stein of Oldtown; and his close friends, Timmy Kerns of Fry's Valley and Johnny Simmers of Baltic.
