Frizzell; her son Matthew Frizzell (Dawn) of Uhrichsville; her granddaughter Savanna Rose; her siblings, Steve Phillips (Myra) of Uhrichsville and Shirley Reichman (Lorin) of Uhrichsville; her aunts, Linda, Diane and Anne; her son Thomas Edward; and her grandparents, Louise Keffer, Thomas and Iva May Phillips.
