She is survived by: her parent Celia Agnes Harmon (Stratton); her spouse Frank Halford Septer; her nieces and nephews, Audrey Edie, Carole Neighbor and Tom Septer (Barb); and her sister-in-law Joyce Preston. She is also survived by niece and a nephew.
