He is survived by: his children, David Crenshaw (Lindsay) of West Lafayette, Helen Metcalf (Eric) of Canton and Tiffany Akers (Chris) of Uhrichsville; his sister Patty Dalpaiz (Alan); his grandchildren, Blake Akers, Carson Akers, Nate Metcalf, Jade Metcalf, Kyrei Metcalf, Jayden Metcalf, Jax Metcalf and Matthew Carr; his mother-in-law Carol Rizer; his siblings-in-law, Kim Castello, Jackie Rizer, Bobby Rizer (Evette), Charles Rizer (April), Ben Rizer (Tammy) and Henry Baker (Kelly); and his pets, Baylee and Bella. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
