He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Marie Copeland (Tantarelli) and Carl Wayne Copeland; his aunt Mary Ann Milligan; his uncles, Louis Tantarelli, John Tantarelli and Tony Tantarelli; and his niece Nicole Pica.
He is survived by: his sisters, Valerie L. Willoughby (Copeland), Tina M. Pica (Copeland) and Kelly J. McMillen (Copeland); his nieces, Courtney Gallardo, Danielle Piccin, Nayla Pica and Macie McMillen; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chealsey, Taylur, Giovani, Vada, Eugene, Amya, Carmina, Nico and Enzo; his aunt Phyllis Poletti; his uncle Vincent Tantarelli; and also Mason. He is also survived by numerous cousins; and his many, many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to National Down Syndrome Society.
