He is survived by: his son Jay L. Milligan (Sue Wanosik) of Uhrichsville; his grandchildren, Kyle Milligan (Melanie), Tianna Garabrandt and Lexi Stahl (J. B.); his great grandchildren, Isabella, Braxston, Maylee, Meleah, Leilani and John Blaine III; and his nephew Tom Milligan.
