He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Carr and Mary E. Carr (Hill); and his siblings, Carol Lucas, Beverly Brenneman, Barbara Snell and Steven Carr.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Kimble of Dover, Cynde Green (Bob) of Dennison, Sonja Kinsey (Todd) of Dennison, Robert Troy Carr of Dayton and Eric Carr (Deanna) of Delaware; his grandchildren, Hillarie Hegarty (Derek), Cortney Rennecker (Adam), B. J. Green (Rebecca), Tiffany Crutchfield (Jason), Tara Vega (Hector), Travis Kinsey (Brittany), Jordan Skelley, Taylor Carr, Ryan Carr, Caitlynn Carr, Cody Carr and Paris Roten; his brother Donald Carr (Margie) of Port Washington; and his brothers-in-law, Walter Brenneman, Rolland Snell and Suzie Heavilin (Harry). He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
